SBS Holdings Corporation is the successor organization to Star Business Systems, Inc. which was sold in October 2007. The primary business of SBS Holdings Corporation is now renting out its former office and warehouse.

The principals of SBS Holdings Corporation, Art Waganheim and Ira Wernikoff are now involved in two different businesses in the office equipment industry.

Ira owns and operates ColorMail Office Systems and Art is a partner in Paitec USA.
